Refund policy

We back the quality and make of our earrings, so you probably won't need this information. But! Please do choose items carefully, as unfortunately we cannot accept returns on earrings or pendants due to incorrect choice. We do have gift cards available if you are considering purchasing for another person, which means they can choose what suits them.

These Pretty Ones are not responsible for loss or breakage in transit. Please contact us in the event this occurs at theseprettyones@gmail.com and we can work out a plan. 

In the event an item must be returned, postage is at the cost of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the very unlikely scenario occurs that the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
