Shipping policy

Orders are shipped domestically by Australia Post within Australia using tracked Parcel Post. Orders are not yet available to International Addresses. Shipping not available to PO Boxes. Orders over $85 will receive Free Express Post Shipping.

Where possible, These Pretty Ones will reuse shipping boxes to minimise our environmental footprint. You can expect minimal packaging and recyclable or compostable materials to be used to safely ship your order. Goods are shipped within three business days of ordering when Standard Shipping is chosen when checking out.

In the event your parcel does not reach you, please contact Australia Post using the Tracking information sent to you by SMS or email. Please also reach out to us in the event that this happens and we will do our best to assist you.

Local Hobartians can organise free pick up in the Hobart CBD from the maker :) Please arrive on time or contact theseprettyones@gmail.com if you are experiencing issues relating to pick up.
